- Shipping & delivery is done by UPS. When your order is shipped you will receive an order shipment confirmation to the E-mailaddress you provided in your contact information. If your order is placed before 14:00, your order will be shipped the same day, after we confirm that the product is on stock.
- How To Use 12Tune.com?
- 12Tune.com is based on an unique filtering system, primarily based on the exact brand, model, year, chassis and engine of your car. For a detailed explanation click here.
- Return (RMA) & Replacements
- If you receive your order, and notice the box is damaged, refuse the package. If the box is in good state, but a product is defect, broken or missing, please send us an E-mail (Contact page) with a detailed description of the problem. Also, we might ask you for pictures taken of the damage or defect, so please have these ready. We will replace the missing, defect or broken product/part as soon as possible.
- Ordering
- You, as our customer, are responsible for choosing the correct product for your car model. Please make sure you use the vehicle chooser, when browsing through our website. Although we will check all orders, we can not guarantee that we see mistakes made by you, as our customer.
- Payment & Pricing
- Payment of order can be done by using one of the following payment methods:
- - Bank transfer
- - Cash on delivery (only applicable to The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg)
- - Paypal
- - DirectEBanking (Soon)
- - Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) (Soon)
- - Cash (Pickup order)
- For Dutch customers: when you arrange a pickup, you have to pay by cash.
All prices on 12Tune.com are in Euro, include VAT (19% Tax), and are subject to change without notice.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view all your orders placed through the website of 12Tune.com, with "My Account". Just click on "My Account" and you can maintain you account and view all your past and present orders. If your order has been sent already, you can view the tracking status and information on the order page.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, click "Your Account". From "Your Account" page you can add billing an shipping addresses as well as subscribe to our newsletter. If you placed any tags or reviews to our products, these will also be visible in "My Account".
